About the Role The Company is in search of a Vice President for its Health Division, with a focus on addressing key issues in the healthcare landscape, such as access, quality, cost of care, social determinants of health, and health disparities. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading a program area that bridges research and practice, enhances person-centered care, and solves real-world challenges in the healthcare sector. This leadership role involves not only the management of projects and pursuits but also a strong emphasis on talent development, quality assurance, and the efficient operation of the team. The Vice President will be expected to have a proven track record in the professional services industry, particularly in business development within the federal and/or state government contracting, and/or with foundations.Applicants for the Vice President position at the company's Health Division must have an advanced degree in Health Services Research or a related field, with a minimum of 20 years of experience in studying publicly health healthcare programs and at least 5 years in a leadership role. The role requires a deep understanding of healthcare quality, patient safety, and related topics, as well as experience in leading complex projects in these areas.
