Our company is a local sales communications and business development firm located in the Harrisburg area. Known as the tech city, we provide a wide range of high valued tech resources. Our company has been established here for the last few months working with prominent telecommunications clients to extend their customer base and drive sales. What better city to expand our tech based clients than in the area where anything telecommunications based is possible.

We are seeking to hire a Sales Representative that will take a customized approach when working with our clients' customers. In a time where mass communication and advanced technology is evolving, we are looking for our Sales Representative to have a custom designed plan when working with our customers directly to achieve what they need while also closing sales for our clients. No matter the distance of the phone call, our clients offer our customers access to mobility whenever they need it with decreased cost for an increase in productivity. Sales Representative Responsibilities: 

  • As a Sales Representative, you will create a customized presentation for each individual customer to build long term returning customers and maintaining professional relationships 
  • Work with customers by captivating on their needs and advising them on services to find a plan that best fits their desires and to close the sale 
  • Identify new business opportunities by educating yourself on products and services offered by our clients to increase sales revenue generate and develop business in new locations reaching a different demographic 
  • Our Sales Representative will set targets with the sales department and ensure they are met 
  • Cross functionally work with different departments in the company to ensure full alignment throughout all areas of operation 
 

Qualifications for the Sales Representative Role: 

  • Proven experience in a prior customer service, sales, customer facing role, or consultant role is a plus 
  • Ability to have strong negotiation skills 
  • Organizational and time management to know when to prioritize certain tasks 
  • When working with customers, having the expertise in communicating clearly and concisely during presentations 
  • Self motivated individual who also enjoys working in team settings to build company culture 
  • A passion for sales, driving goals, and working with people
