Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Clinic Discipline: RN Start Date: ASAP Duration: Ongoing 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Staff Overview: Per Diem RN Responsible for providing skilled nursing care to patients of the Mobile Outreach Clinic Program Responsibilities: Supports organization’s mission by striving for excellence in all aspects of their job with a focus on positive interpersonal relationship with co-workers Provides case management for program clients Monitors and ensures quality and appropriateness of services provided are in accordance with the agency and contract guidelines Provides completed documentation in accordance with agency guidelines Develops and provides individual and group education for patients and site staff Establishes and maintains community relationships to support client referrals Adheres to agency infection control and safety policies Adheres to the organization’s policy in regards to absenteeism and appearance.
