Our client, a test equipment manufacturing company, is seeking an Validation Engineer to join their team. As a Validation Engineer, you will be part of the Quality Engineering Team supporting Manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in creating validation protocols, executing them, and qualifying new vendor processes in support of flow meter group within the organization. This is a contract status position located on the northeast side of the Twin Cities.

Pay: $40-$45/hr plus OT, benefits
Key Responsibilities

Support OEM customers with Supplier Change Requests, including changes to products’ Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBA), plastics, metals, sensors, electronics, etc.

Design and execute risk-based pre-validation activities.

Develop IQ/OQ/PQ validation protocols to support changes in TSI flowmeter value stream product processes.

Manage the execution of multiple concurrent validation protocols.

Analyze product test data to determine conformance to protocols.
Requirements
-
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Quality, Process or Validation Engineer in a medical device or pharmaceutical related manufacturing environment.

Experience in writing and executing IQ/OQ/PQ validation protocols.

Experience in Test Method Validation and Qualification/validation Report writing.

Must be able to apply relevant intermediate level statistical (SPC) knowledge.

Familiarity with GxP guidelines and relevant medical device regulatory requirements.
Desired:
- Experience with qualifying PCBA manufacturing process changes.
