POSITION OBJECTIVE

The Workforce Analyst will support t

he Workforce Management team by assisting in forecasting, capacity planning, and data analysis using Excel and other data tools. As a Workforce Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting and interpreting complex workforce data to develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards.

CRITICAL SUCCESS BEHAVIORS

Passionate about organizing data and identifying trends and groupings

Creatively turn qualitative data into quantitative data

Identify missing pieces of information and root cause why it is missing

Collaborate with team members to find different ways of looking at the data

Incorporate branding and make data presentable

Be conscious of time management to achieve timeline, and ask for help when needed

QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate

must

possess:

Attention to detail and self-motivation skills

Strong Microsoft Office product proficiency (PowerPoint and Excel: experience using pivot tables, formulas, etc.)

Strong analytical and communication skills

Exposure to contact center reporting and data sources

Experience working with large data sets and analytics

Previous exposure to contact center Workforce Management

The ideal candidate would typically have:

Experience within Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)
