Senior Auditor
This role is ideal for experienced external auditors seeking to take on more responsibility and manage a variety of engagements in a dynamic environment.

Main Responsibilities:

Lead external audit, review, and compilation engagements with minimal supervision, under the direction of senior management.
Supervise and mentor audit staff, providing on-the-job training and reviewing their work.
Conduct comprehensive financial and operational audits, ensuring risk assessments are performed at the outset of each engagement.
Prepare complex work papers and draft financial statements and management letters, ensuring timely wrap-up of engagements.
Report audit progress regularly to senior management and adjust workflows as needed.
Conduct research, summarize findings, and handle special projects as assigned.
Develop client relationships through exceptional communication and service, ensuring high-quality, accurate deliverables.

Required Skills and Experience:

B.S. in Accounting or Finance or related degree
CPA preferred, not required
3-5+ years of progressive experience in external audit
At least 1 year of experience leading audits
Strong analytical and technical auditing skills
Ability to manage multiple client engagements in a fast-paced, growing environment
Experience with both for-profit and non-profit clients is a plus
