This position has an 8:00 am - 4:00 pm M-F work schedule. Starting pay is dependent on candidate's qualifications. The following qualifications are required: Strong Quickbooks, Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge, Ability to communicate professionally and treat others with respect, Strong written and oral communication skills, Strong time management and follow-up skills, 2+ years of office administration experience, 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, Primary job responsibilities will include: Answering office phones, Paying bills, recording receipts, payroll, and maintaining checkbooks / cash books, Maintaining and archiving office files, Maintaining and ordering office supplies and equipment, and Supporting daily activities. Job Type: Full-time Salary: $13.00 to $20.00/hr.
