Weekend Incentive Program
AHC-American Health Communities is seeking a compassionate registered nurse (RN) to join our team. Our nurses make a difference in the lives of our residents and patients by providing personalized care and promoting teamwork.
REQUIREMENTS FOR WEEKEND PROGRAM:
- Must agree to work every Saturday and Sunday
- Earns PTO at 1/2 the accrual rate of a full-time employee
- Qualifies for full-time benefits if signed up for at least one 12-hour scheduled day per week
POSITION SUMMARY
In this role, you'll provide personalized health care to residents and supervise other caregivers to ensure the comfort and safety of those we serve. Your main responsibilities will include directing the day-to-day functions of nursing aides, providing direct nursing care to patients, and performing administrative duties. If you enjoy leading a team that's focused on making life better for others, we want you to join our AHC staff.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a Registered Nurse degree
- Current State Registered Nursing License
