Charge Nurse Full-Time Day Position
We are seeking a compassionate charge nurse who can lead by example, motivate others, and foster teamwork in our skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing quality care and developing relationships with our residents and patients.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Directing daily nursing aides and support staff activities
- Providing personalized nursing care to residents and monitoring their condition
- Updating care plans as necessary and communicating changes to the medical team
- Performing administrative duties such as documentation and supply management
- Managing resident admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Conducting emergency procedures including CPR and notification of family members if necessary
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a healthcare setting
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a registered nurse (RN) degree
- Current RN license in the state
- Current CPR Certification
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and possible overtime
- Ability to lift objects up to 50 pounds
- Some travel required
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervising support staff, including training and scheduling
- Reviewing performance and assisting in problem-solving for staff issues
