Chief Financial Officer - Agency - Oklahoma City, OK Location : Oklahoma City, OK Compensation : $125K+ based on experience + benefits About the Role Republican Jobs is seeking highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer on behalf of an agency in Oklahoma City. This senior leadership position will be instrumental in guiding the financial strategy and ensuring the fiscal health of our organization. The CFO will work closely with other senior leaders to develop financial policies and procedures that align with our strategic goals. Key Responsibilities Strategic Financial Leadership : Develop and implement robust financial policies and procedures that support the agency's strategic objectives. Budget Management : Oversee the preparation and management of comprehensive annual budgets and long-term financial plans. Financial Reporting and Analysis : Supervise the production of regular financial reports, conducting detailed analyses to guide key leadership decisions. Regulatory Compliance : Ensure full compliance with state and federal financial regulations, upholding high standards in all audits and reports. Stakeholder Engagement : Effectively manage and enhance stakeholder relations, clearly communicating financial strategies and results to both internal and external stakeholders. Requirements Educational Background : Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or business administration. Certification : Must hold a CPA designation. Experience : At least eight years in financial leadership roles, with a preference for experience in the public sector. Skills : Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record of managing diverse financial teams. Exceptional communication skills, adept at presenting complex financial information to a variety of audiences. Location Requirement : This position is based in Oklahoma City and requires in-person attendance with no option for remote work.
