Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital analytics, with at least 3-5 years focused on Adobe Analytics Experience with various channel – web, app, advertisement is preferred. Retail experience is a plus for the role. Strong business acumen, combined with a customer-centric approach in identifying, developing, and enabling deep actionable insights to improve the digital experience for customers and prospects. Ability to work independently and manage multiple, time-sensitive deliverables and competing priorities. Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively articulating technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Proven ability to lead and mentor teams, manage projects, and collaborate across functions. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
