Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty: Emergency Room (ER) / Emergency Department (ED) Job Duration: 14 Weeks Shift: AM/PM rotation, 3 x 12-hour shifts Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours per Week Experience: Minimum 2 years of ER experience; Level 1 trauma experience required License: Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC Must-Have: Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program; BSN is highly desired Job Description: - Work in a fast-paced environment treating a variety of Manage critical care skills, including medication titrations, arterial lines, mass transfusion of blood, and chest tubes.- Care for a range of patients from urgent care and simple procedures to psychological, pediatric, and critical care/trauma Coordinate and deliver care to patients with complex nursing needs.- Ensure the highest level of safety and quality in patient care.- Promote a positive patient experience. Skills Required: - Proficiency in managing emergencies and critical Strong communication and organizational abilities.- Ability to work within a team environment while ensuring patient care is paramount.
