The Project Manager will plan and oversee projects across multiple departments and stages to ensure accurate and on-time delivery of deliverables. This includes the collection and organization of clinical data through product evaluations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Determine and define project scope and objectives.

2. Develop, implement, and update a detailed project schedule and work plan.

3. Identify project risks and develop contingency plans.

4. Organize regular meetings and document project updates. Distribute meeting action items to all team members and maintain accountability of completion dates to projected dates.

5. Monitor and maintain projects to established budgets.

6. Establish relationships with vendors and methods of monitoring their production to the established project plan.

7. Oversee operational aspects of clinical trials in conjunction with project teams.

8. Lead development of data management processes, procedures, and best practices.

9. Writes and contributes to clinical evaluation reporting deliverables including clinical evaluation plans and reports.

10. Gather, evaluate, and summarize clinical data. Analyzes results on projects to support the project requirements, internal clinical papers, and publications.

. Requirements:

  • Bachelor' Degree in a scientific field is required.
  • 4-5 years of industry experience with a proven record for managing and/or coordinating projects from start to completion.
  • Experience writing in a medical, pharmaceutical, medical device, clinical research, medical or research industry, or any combination of these skills highly preferred.
  • Experience with Asana or other digital project management platforms preferred.

• Adaptability to Change – able to be flexible and supportive, react swiftly to, and able to positively and proactively assimilate change in a rapid growth environment.

• Systems & Software – Advanced and proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications.
