Overview:

Due to growth, Wellness Works Physical Therapy is now hiring a full-time or part-time Physical Therapist for an Outpatient Rehabilitation focused position in Santa Fe, NM. The clinic is a fun relaxed environment with private treatment rooms and 2 separate gym areas. The clinic is a PT-owned private practice that proudly serves the local community. Full-time is preferred. Part-time candidates who are available to work 20+ hours per week will also be considered.

Caseload / Patient Population:

Full-time Physical Therapists at Wellness Works Physical Therapy see 8-9 patients per day. Part-time Physical Therapists treat 4-5 patients per half day, or 8-9 patients per full day. Patient care is 1:1 with each session scheduled for 1 hour.

Practice specialties include Orthopedic, Sports, Geriatrics and Wellness Patients. All therapists on staff are trained and certified in Dry Needling.

Work Schedule:

The clinic hours are Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM.

The full-time PT hired should expect to work 36-40 hours, with an option to work 4 or 5 days per week. Part-time candidates who are available to work 20+ hours enjoy flexible scheduling 4 to 5 days per week.

Enjoy excellent work/life balance within this full-time position. The actual work schedule is flexible depending on clinic needs, staff availability, and the preference of the candidate hired.

Compensation and Benefits:

The full-time position is paid an hourly rate based on productivity. Full-Time Therapists make approximately 80-90K annually, based on experience.

Wellness Works Physical Therapy offers a comprehensive benefits package including Major Medical, Vision, Drug Dental Plans offered with a "Cost Sharing" by the Owner, Paid Sick Leave, a 401K Plan is available, and Unlimited Time-Off as long as coverage is coordinated with other therapists.

Job Requirements:

• Eligible for New Mexico state licensure as a Physical Therapist.

• 2-3 years of experience is preferred, but not required.

• New Grad PTs are welcome to apply.

• Full-time is preferred.

• Part-time candidates who are available to work 20+ hours per week will also be considered.

• Manual Skills a plus with a passion for Physical Therapy.
