Licensed Practical Nurse Full Time - Rotating Shifts Provide direct nursing care to assigned patients of all ages Work collaboratively with healthcare team members to implement individualized care plans Assist with special tests and procedures, ensuring proper consent has been obtained Institute emergency measures for sudden adverse developments in patients Participate in orientation and evaluation of new personnel Maintain patient medical records Ensure patient safety by following policies and protocols, proactively identifying potential issues, and promptly reporting any concerns Clean patient rooms, equipment, and instruments; order and store supplies; maintain appropriate PAR levels Perform routine treatment procedures and assist with complicated treatments under the supervision of RN or attending physician as requested Administer medications and monitor results, excluding IV medications, via the Seven Rights and document and communicate clinical findings Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited LPN program Current CPR certification for Healthcare/BLS Currently licensed as an LPN in NM or reciprocal agreement Physical ability to perform job duties, which may include heavy lifting, pushing, and pulling of patients or equipment No minimum experience required, but 1 year of directly related experience is preferred Bilingual in English and Spanish, Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo is a plus
