One of our Global Client is looking for <strong>PeopleSoft HCM Functional Lead </strong>Role for <strong>San Carlos, CA (Day1 Onsite)</strong><br><br>Please find Job Description<br><br><strong>Title- PeopleSoft HCM Functional Lead</strong><br><br><strong>Location- San Carlos, CA (Day1 Onsite)</strong><br><br><strong>Terms- Full Time</strong><br><br><strong>Job Description:</strong><br><br><ul><li>Minimum 10+ years of PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 / 9.2 -NA Payroll, Time & labor, Recruitment, Base Benefits implementation, Support, and development </li><li>Resource should be proficient in core modules of PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 -NA Payroll, Time & labor, Recruitment, Base Benefits.</li><li>Resource having exposure on PeopleSoft application Upgrade HR 9.1/9.2 will be a plus point.</li><li>Experience in other modules like - Core HR, Self Service.</li><li>Resource should have PeopleSoft technical expertise around-40%. </li><li>Having experience on Integrations and AWE is must and PeopleSoft Functional expertise around -60%.</li><li>Resource having exposure on PeopleSoft financials 9.1 will be a plus point.</li><li>Resource should be able to work out of client location- San Carlos, CA.</li><li>Resource should be flexible to provide daily handshake for an hour with offshore team based out of India.</li><li>Good Communication, Problem solving and Analytical skills.</li><li>Experience in working on global projects and is able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and should be able to do the and customer facing role.</li><li>Location must be at San Carol/SFO, CA.
