Baker Rehab Group is seeking a dynamic Physical Therapist to join our team at the Brain and Balance Center in Frederick, Maryland. The Brain and Balance Center treats clients with impairments from a wide range of neurological disorders and orthopedic injuries.

General Responsibilities:

• Providing physical therapy evaluations and interventions in an effective and efficient manner in an outpatient setting
• Educating clients and family in the treatment, program, and community resources
• Complying with operating policies and procedures and regulatory requirements
• Communicating with appropriate personnel and with interdisciplinary team, to include Occupational and Speech Therapists
• Maintaining appropriate records and providing assigned reports

Qualifications:

• Current license as a Physical Therapist in the state of Maryland
• Must have and maintain current CPR certification
• Maintain credentialing and training requirements
• NCS preferred but not required
