Job Description<br><br>The successful candidate will be responsible in supporting Oracle Cloud PPM suite of modules. This position focuses on assisting and working with implementation partner through all phases of Oracle Cloud ERP & EPM implementation. This position will be required to conduct workflow analysis, provide recommendations for system design and/or corrective actions, perform testing of software updates, and ensure timely resolution of problems within the application via normal change control processes. While this position is specific for PPM, the analyst will be involved across all modules of the ERP.<br><br>Responsibilities<br><ul><li>Implement and Support Projects module (PPM) in Oracle Cloud ERP production systems.</li><li>Gather business requirements, document those, do fit gap analysis and map them to Oracle Cloud ERP application.</li><li>Engage business users spanning multiple business units and ensure cohesive articulation of business goals and processes to ensure effective technology solutions.</li><li>Do system configurations, create functional design documents, develop, and document test scripts.</li><li>Conduct requirement and design workshops, manage, and run conference room pilots, and drive user testing and training workshops.</li><li>Conduct/Manage Regression Testing for quarterly updates.</li><li>Work with all stakeholders to monitor and track progress of workstreams to ensure successful go-live.</li><li>Co-ordinate with implementation partner functional and technical teams as needed for all project deliverables throughout the different phases of the implementation</li></ul><br>Qualifications<br><ul><li>Minimum of 5 years' experience working with Oracle Applications</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Project Management and hands-on experience on Oracle PPM cloud offerings such as Project Foundation, Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Contracts and Project Control</li><li>Knowledge of integrations with other modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Expenses.</li><li>Have good Cross-Functional exposure to Finance, Procurement and EPM modules.</li><li>Experience with Oracle Cloud Reporting: Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence, Financial Reporting Studio, SmartView and BI Publisher Reports</li><li>Experience with Oracle Applications particularly Oracle Cloud Fusion Financials and Oracle Integration Cloud, and Cloud Infrastructure/Solutions, and/or Oracle Cloud EPM products</li><li>Experience with Oracle Cloud Data Conversion</li><li>Must have good understanding of PPM batch process, PPM Reports (OTBI, analytics), PPM Integrations with offerings (ERP Cloud)</li><li>Good knowledge in Oracle Finance modules, General Ledger (GL), Payables (AP), Receivables (AR).</li><li>Good Knowledge about Data Conversion/Migrations</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks on assignments.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.</li><li>Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.</li><li>Oracle Project Management Cloud Certification</li><li>JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Functional/Technical Experience</li><li>Bachelor's degree or higher</li></ul><br>All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
