About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team as a Weekend Supervisor. As a key member of our nursing unit, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents and ensuring the delivery of high-quality nursing services.
Key Responsibilities- Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team.
- Supervise and mentor Licensed Practical Nurses, Care Specialists, and other personnel to ensure the delivery of quality care.
- Implement and evaluate nursing care plans, ensuring resident-centered outcomes and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to share information and update care plans as needed.
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the practicing state.
- Current CPR certification.
- Recent clinical experience, education, or specialty skills specific to geriatrics.
- Ability to maintain regular attendance and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
