About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Ascension St. Vincent in Evansville, IN. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and protocols.
Responsibilities- Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Coordinate patient care with members of the healthcare team to ensure well-coordinated care
- Assess and document patient condition, communicating with physicians and other healthcare professionals as needed
- Develop and implement discharge plans to ensure smooth transitions for patients
- BLS Provider certification required within 1 month of hire date
- Registered Nurse licensure from the Indiana Board of Nursing required
- Diploma from an accredited school of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire
