Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Ascension Wisconsin. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in a diverse healthcare environment, implementing and monitoring patient care plans, and coordinating with members of the healthcare team.
Responsibilities- Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring the highest level of care and quality outcomes.
- Coordinate with members of the healthcare team to provide well-coordinated patient care, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Assess and document patient condition, communicating effectively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health and wellness.
- BLS Provider certification required within 1 month of hire date.
- Registered Nurse licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing or current home state license required.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification preferred.
- 2+ years of nursing experience preferred.
- Previous PCU/MST/Stroke training preferred.
