Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse II to join our team at Ascension Wisconsin. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in a fast-paced medical-surgical environment.
Responsibilities- Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Assess and document patient conditions, communicating effectively with healthcare providers.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with patients and families to develop and implement discharge plans.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree required.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Wisconsin.
- At least 18 months of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a medical-surgical setting.
- Wisconsin RN license in good standing.
- Preferred 2 years of inpatient experience.
- Preferred chemotherapy administration experience or desire to complete training.
