Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Ascension St Francis Hospital in Milwaukee, WI. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in the emergency services area, triage and prioritize patient care, and work collaboratively with other disciplines to provide well-coordinated patient care.
Responsibilities- Implement and monitor patient care plans
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders
- BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) required
- Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" required
- RN with 18 months or more experience preferred
