The office manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial and managerial functions of the clinic.  Including HR, insurance contracts, computer operations, patient inquiries, and maintaining compliance with current laws and regulations.  The manager should keep the office working efficiently and ensure quality service is provided to our patients. 

Required Skills:

  • Knowledge of accounting and administrative processes/principles
  • Ability to handle medical records discreetly
  • Knowledge of medical issues and terminology
  • Excellent organizational and time management skill
  • Ability to multitask and perform well in stressful situations
