120-160 calls per day . Set
4-5 appointments each day
for the sales team and maintain close collaboration with sales and service associates. Track metrics to maximize performance and ensure exceptional customer experience. Adhere to deadlines and complete tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills. Display strong organizational skills with great attention to detail. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while handling customer concerns. Demonstrate self-motivation and accountability in daily work. Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and strong computer skills. Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
