Turn it off.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> </li> <li>Site Observations and Safety Awareness <ul><li>The loader operator's role is key to the success of the operations. Some items the loader operator should be aware of are: <ul><li>Maintaining high quality feed material.</li> <li>Watch for any potential site or plant problems that are within your view.</li> <li>Be alert to site hazards involved with feeding from the load face of material.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> </li> <li>Productivity <ul><li>Seeks to produce material that will provide the most consistent, highest quality end products, under the direction of the leadman and pit supervisor.</li> <li>Seeks to operate the equipment in a safe and efficient manner </li> </ul> </li> </ul> <br /><strong>Skills &amp; Experience</strong> <br /> <ul><li>Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos </li> <li>Ability to write correspondence.
