Industrial Project Manager / Project Supervisor

<strong>This work can be performed at any of our four branches: Price, UT - Rock Springs, WY - Idaho Falls, ID - San Antonio, TX.</strong><br><br>BODEC, Inc. is seeking talented and experienced Industrial Project Supervisors and Project Managers to join our team. This role will be pivotal in overseeing medium to high voltage industrial applications with a focus on substation work. As a key member of our team, you will ensure the successful execution of projects, maintain safety standards, and foster strong relationships with clients and subcontractors<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br><ul><li>Oversee all aspects of project execution, including coordinating and managing multiple subcontractors on-site.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices, recognizing electrical hazards and implementing risk mitigation strategies.</li><li>Interpret blueprints and contractual terms to ensure project specifications are met.</li><li>Maintain project schedules and budgets.</li><li>Build positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Address client concerns promptly and ensure subcontractors adhere to project requirements and standard</li></ul><br><strong>Requirements:</strong><br><ul><li>Must posses an active state-licensed electrical journeyman card</li><li>Strong MV-HV industrial knowledge & experience, with a focus on substation work</li><li>Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively</li><li>Solid comprehension of blueprints and contractual terms</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Must be willing to travel</li></ul><br><strong>What we offer:</strong><br><ul><li>Profit share eligibility on jobs worked</li><li>Per diem per day worked</li><li>Travel time paid from branch location</li><li>7 paid holidays</li><li>PTO accrual; graded schedule for years of service</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Insurance benefit package - Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability</li></ul>
