Bailey Behavioral Health is growing, and we are looking for clinical therapists who are passionate about the delicate work we do and the populations we serve. We are looking for a Licensed Therapist (LPC, LCPC, LSW, LCSW, PsyD, PhD) to join our growing practice. This can be a full or part-time position. We will consider the right LPC-Intern for practicum and/or internship.
Hours are flexible; including two evenings and at least one weekend day highly encouraged to suit needs of our population.
Duties:
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based psychotherapy techniques
- Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in need
- Develop treatment plans and goals in collaboration with clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to provide comprehensive care
- Utilize various therapeutic modalities, such as art therapy or behavioral therapy, to address client needs
- Provide case management services to ensure continuity of care for clients
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate treatment approaches
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Current licensure or certification as a Clinical Therapist
- Strong knowledge of psychotherapy techniques and interventions
- Proficient in medical documentation and record keeping
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
