Think's team members embody our core values by delivering measurable results that leave clients in a better position than where we met them. <br><br><strong>The Opportunity</strong><br><ul><li>As a Project Manager reporting to Service Delivery Leadership, you will learn and institute the principles of Think's methodology in Bare Knuckled Project Management to lead projects and teams through effective, value-driven endeavors. You will own the responsibility for project and resource coordination, tactical planning, delegation, and implementation. You'll be unafraid to fail forward, thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and will always find a way to exceed expectations. You'll be supported by a talented team of professionals and the work you do will directly contribute to the success of Think and our partners.</li></ul><br><strong>How You'll Contribute</strong><br><ul><li>You will work with client project teams to define the scope and objectives of their projects, elicit and document requirements, identify stakeholders, and negotiate achievable timelines</li><li>In collaboration with the client project sponsor, program manager, and cross-functional teams, you will develop and maintain project charters, project plans and schedules, RAID logs, RACIs, project reports, and other project artifacts, as needed</li><li>Consistently exceed organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance with a key focus on developing, implementing, and continuous improvement of OKRs and KPIs</li><li>Research, identify, and manage external and third-party vendor relationships on behalf of clients</li><li>Lead project teams to deliver solutions within time, scope, and cost baselines</li><li>Rescue and/or manage projects in every stage of the project management lifecycle</li><li>Trend and track project budget</li><li>Function as a utility player - your role and responsibilities will evolve to support the needs and success of the Consulting group and you'll play an integral role in that evolution</li><li>Other duties as needed in support of the management consulting group</li></ul><br><strong>Your Impact at Think</strong><br><ul><li>Your exemplary listening skills will allow you to identify opportunities that may not be apparent on the surface, often leading to growth of client accounts</li><li>Your team-first approach means you're able to fill a variety of roles and needs within assigned client groups</li><li>Your tenacity for research, learning, and personal growth will mean that nothing is beyond your means - you always find a way</li><li>The service and partnership provided by you and your team will make Think a value-add to any customer with whom we engage - driving clear and measurable ROI</li></ul><br><strong>Role Requirements</strong><br><ul><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in a project management focused role or equivalent experience</li><li>Strong listening, analytical, and execution skills</li><li>A propensity to build lasting relationships while focused on continuous process improvement</li><li>Detail oriented without losing sight of the big picture</li><li>Bachelor's Degree or related certifications are a plus</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Experience with business tools such as Zoho, Adobe Workfront, Salesforce CRM, Jira, SharePoint, Smartsheet, Excel, and project management tools strongly preferred</li></ul>
