<strong>Job Title:</strong> IT Manager <br><br><strong>Overview:</strong> We are seeking an IT Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of the company's technology systems. The scope of the role includes management of basic IT infrastructure across multiple locations, IT security, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br><ul><li>Oversee the organization's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and telecommunications systems.</li><li>Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security, system reliability, and compliance with regulations.</li><li>Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.</li><li>Lead the planning, implementation, and maintenance of ERP systems within the organization.</li><li>Manage ERP upgrade projects</li><li>Evaluate and select ERP vendors based on their capabilities, reputation, and compatibility with organizational requirements.</li><li>Negotiate contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and pricing terms with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality of service.</li><li>Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors to facilitate ongoing support and collaboration.</li><li>Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.</li><li>Identify emerging technologies and trends relevant to ERP and IT management and make recommendations for their adoption.</li><li>Participate in strategic planning sessions to provide insights and recommendations on IT-related matters.</li><li>Lead and integrate our combined IT staff, internal and external.</li></ul><br><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong><br><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or a related field. </li><li>Minimum of 10 years of IT experience.</li><li>Minimum three years of experience in IT management roles.</li><li>Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of ERP concepts, methodologies, and best practices.</li><li>Demonstrated proficiency in project management, budgeting, and vendor management.</li></ul><br><strong>Preferred:</strong><br><ul><li>Master's degree.</li><li>Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or ERP-specific credentials are a plus.</li><li>ERP experience in SyteLine and/or Intuitive </li><li>Experience in project management methodologies using established tools and best practices.</li></ul>
