FP&A Sr. Analyst or Manager

This individual will play a key role in supporting the financial planning and analysis function of the organization. This position will be responsible for providing financial insights, analysis, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to various stakeholders. <br><br>Responsibilities: <br><br>? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range strategic plans. <br><br>? Analyze financial and operational performance, identifying key trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. <br><br>? Prepare financial models, sensitivity analyses, and scenario planning to support decision making and business strategy. <br><br>? Provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations to senior management, highlighting risks and opportunities. <br><br>? Assist in the preparation of management reports, board presentations, and other financial presentations as needed. <br><br>? Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as assigned by management. <br><br>? Maintain and enhance financial planning and analysis tools, processes, and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy. <br><br>? Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and accounting standards. <br><br>? Mentor and develop junior analysts within the FP&A team, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth. <br><br>? Stay informed about industry trends, economic developments, and best practices in financial planning and analysis. <br><br>Requirements: <br><br>? Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field. <br><br>? 3-7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or related field. <br><br>? Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis. <br><br>? Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial planning software/tools is a plus. <br><br>? Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders. <br><br>? Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. <br><br>? Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. <br><br>? Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. <br><br>? CPA, CFA, or MBA designation/certification is a plus.
