We are a busy private pediatric group practice looking for a friendly and experienced receptionist to join our team! 

Receptionist responsibilities include answering phone calls and emails, scheduling patients, sending messages to physicians and nurses. 

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Checking-in patients in a timely manner
  • Verifying insurance for each patient
  • Maintaining good communication between staff members
  • Collecting and documenting all fees and copayments at time of visit

Qualifications:

  • Applicant should have at least a high school diploma
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Positive and pleasant demeanor
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
