*THIS IS <strong>NOT</strong> A REMOTE / HYBRID POSITION*<br><br>Stanwich Energy is looking for a highly motivated business development representative that can help us build on top of our amazing roster of satisfied clients. <br><br>This position will require you to prospect and engage owners and operators of mid to large-sized commercial and industrial facilities. You will contact them to generate interest in our platform, and qualify them as potential customers. The objective is to get qualified leads in front of one of our market experts until you learn the process and eventually transition into a Senior Energy Advisor.<br><br>This is a sales development role with room for rapid growth for the right candidate. Those who successfully demonstrate their ability to produce will have the opportunity to become a Senior Energy Advisor, where they will lead demos, proposal negotiations, and close deals with clients - all while increasing their earning potential. You will be provided best in class tools to build and grow a successful business and achieve unlimited financial success. You must bring to the table a willingness to work hard, and learn proactively.<br><br>Qualifications:<br><ul><li>Exceptional business development skills and willingness to make cold calls</li><li>At least two years experience as a salesperson is preferred</li><li>B.A. or B.S. degree required</li><li>Must be articulate and have excellent communication skills - exceptional phone and email etiquette</li><li>Familiarity with Client Relationship Management (CRM) tools preferred</li><li>Zero fear of rejection with no hesitation in starting conversations with complete strangers</li><li>Must thrive in a competitive environment</li></ul><br>Responsibilities:<br><ul><li>Build and maintain lists of potential clients (leads) utilizing internet research and various other methods</li><li>Engage prospects and maintain email, LinkedIn, and calling activity</li><li>Ensure proper reporting of client outreach efforts and insights gained by fully utilizing our CRM system</li><li>Book meetings with qualified leads (decision-makers), leveraging our market experts (Goal: 1 to 2 meetings booked per day)</li><li>Effectively communicate what our platform does and how it benefits our clients</li></ul><br>Compensation & Perks:<br><ul><li>Annual base salary that transitions to an industry-leading commission split</li><li>Great benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance</li><li>Opportunity for professional skills development & training</li><li>Fun and relaxed work environment with an extremely talented team</li></ul>
