Rogers Group is currently seeking an individual for the Financial Analyst position in the Nashville, TN corporate office reporting directly to the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and analytical skills. This candidate will also provide a high – level of customer service and support to our Strategic Market Areas.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Provides business planning and forecasting administration/analysis.
Analysis of monthly and annual financial results.
Conduct analyses as requested by management.
Interacts internally with Corporate and Operations personnel and externally with consultants and accounting professionals.
Administrator of our planning system, IBM Planning Analytics

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA preferred.
Minimum 3 years total experience required.
Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Office applications. Advanced Excel skills, database and strong presentation skills. Experience working with IBM Planning Analytics, Oracle experience preferred.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, works well under pressure, and meets deadlines.
Firm understanding of financial statements.
