Job Description: We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for visitors and providing excellent customer service. You will manage front desk operations, handle incoming calls, and assist with various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
• Provide general information to visitors and callers about the company.
• Support other departments with ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
