Part Time Office Assistant
  • Part-time 10:30AM - 3:00PM however would need to be willing to work full time hours in case the other assistant is out of office.
  • $12-$14/hr
  • Must be able to commit to work in office.

Purpose of this position:
The purpose of this position is to provide friendly assistance to the Receptionist and Administrative Assistants. To deliver premier customer service through the communications and interactions with all persons who are in contact with, visit and work at the Community Support Office.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide dependable and reliable coverage of the front desk processes during the Receptionist's morning, afternoon and lunch breaks as well as vacation and sick days.
  • Communicate professionally and effectively on the telephone and in person, receiving and welcoming callers, visitors and fellow team members.
  • Be an expert/resource on the telephone system to include answering and transferring calls.
  • Receive, sort and distribute mail timely and accurately for the office.
  • Provide administrative support to members of CSO with accuracy and efficiency including, but not limited to, preparation of mail and overnight packages, and efficient paper management to include filing, copying, scanning, shredding, boxing, indexing and organizing documents.
  • Assist with maintaining tidy kitchen areas, restocking supplies and refrigerator as needed daily.
  • Work cohesively with Office Manager and Receptionist
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED is required.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Previous administrative support in a corporate setting is preferred.
