Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in the Greenwich, CT office. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role requires professionalism, discretion, and excellent communication skills. The Executive Assistant will be a trusted partner to the CFO, ensuring smooth operations and effective time management.<br><br>Key Responsibilities:<br><ul><li>Handle confidential information discreetly and professionally.</li><li>Manage the CFO's calendar and travel arrangements.</li><li>Coordinate meeting logistics and prepare necessary materials.</li><li> Process expense reports.</li><li>Screen and prioritize communications.</li><li>Draft and edit correspondence and documents.</li><li>Organize internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, materials, and minutes, and follow up on action items.</li><li>Arrange all travel needs and process related expense reports.</li><li>Assist with special projects, conduct research, and prepare reports.</li><li>Represent the CFO professionally with stakeholders and foster positive relationships.</li><li>Assist in preparing and distributing financial documents and reports, and coordinate data collection.</li></ul><br>Qualifications:<br><ul><li>7-10 years as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a financial services environment, supporting C-level executives.</li><li>Bachelor's degree preferred.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li></ul><br>Monday through Friday, onsite
