Please do not share outside of the organization.</b> <br> <br> <b>Your Role:</b> <br> <br>There are many regulatory, industry, client and corporate program and requirements under which the plant operates. Compliance with these requirements is essential for success. The subject position is responsible for compliance with environmental aspects of these requirements.<br> <br>Responsibilities include but are not limited to:<ul> <li>Site Inspections.</li> <li>Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual above ground oil storage tanks (SPCC) and NHDES annual outsourced inspection.</li> <li>Quarterly and Annual Stormwater Industrial Multi-Sector General Permit (MSGP), including sampling.</li> <li>Stormwater Construction General Permit inspections.</li> <li>Weekly inspection for Groundwater Protection. </li> <li>Periodic sampling for site Legionella Assessment Program.</li> <li>Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual reports to Jaffrey Wastewater POTW.</li> <li>Quarterly EPA NetDMR submittal of stormwater sampling results.</li> <li>Annual EPA TRI chemical use submittal.</li> <li>Annual NHDES Air Permit submittal.</li> <li>Annual NHDES RTAPs report on file.</li> <li>Biannual Hazardous Waste Disposal submittal.</li> <li>Jaffrey Industrial Wastewater Discharge Permit Renewal Application.</li> <li>Off-site disposal facility Hauled Waste Receiving Permit Renewal Application.</li> <li>Corporate annual environmental data gathering.</li> <li>Corporate reporting for ISO 14001.</li> <li>Regulatory follow-up documentation for a release or non-compliance event.</li> <li>Obtain operations data from Industrial Wastewater Pretreatment Plant Operators.</li> <li>Obtain information from Manufacturing and Hazardous Materials operations for chemical use and product production. </li> <li>Obtain operations data from Facilities for Heating Plant (propane and wood fired) and diesel generator operations.</li> <li>Contribute to Site Environmental Management System.</li> <li>Complete SWPPP and SPCC forms.</li></ul> <b>Who You Are:</b> <br> <br> <b>Minimum Qualifications:</b> <br> <ul> <li>3+ years of environmental compliance program work experience within an environmental consultant, regulatory agency, or industrial facility.</li> <li>Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or other Life Science discipline.</li></ul> <b>Preferred Qualifications:</b> <br> <ul> <li>Professional certifications such as Hazardous Waste Management, Wastewater Operations, Environmental Engineering, Project Management, HAZOPER 40 Hour, or OSHA 10 Hour Construction.</li></ul> <br>The Company is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
