Position Summary:
The Electrical Assembly Associate is responsible for the assembly and testing of engines, sub-assemblies and kits using documented procedures and policies.
Typical Duties/Essential Job Functions:
- Learns and follows plant safety requirements
- Assembles product according to engineering assembly instructions and drawings to meet Quality requirements
- Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner
- Perform all assembly-related functions as required with hand and/or power tools
- Works in a manner that meets plant delivery and productivity goals
- Ability to operate overhead crane
- Ability to wire panels
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Ability to work independently and recognize opportunities to contribute
- Complete inventory and job transactions in Company MRP System
- Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential
- Actively challenge existing processes to drive simplification and improvement
- Support the organization by performing cross-functional ad hoc assignments as requested
Requirements: (Indicate “required” and “desired”)
Education and Experience Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Physically able to lift and handle 35 lbs.
- Basic Computer Knowledge
- Good verbal and written skills to communicate with Leadership
- 2 Years of Electrical Assembly

- Strong work ethic complemented by a positive, can-do attitude.
· Strong participative skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a sensitivity to people required.
· Ability to thrive in a progressive, results-driven organization.
