As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Training Lead to join our team in Pewaukee, WI!<br><br>As a Technical Training Lead, you'll be an integral part of our team, responsible for serving as a subject matter expert (SME) and leading assisting in developing and leading training for the global CFR service teams, CFR Channel Partners, and the CFR Certified Technician Program. When you join CFR you can expect to receive competitive compensation, a flexible schedule, and a dynamic work environment where innovation thrives alongside tradition.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br><br>Assist in determining training needs, and managing and executing training/learning plans and courses<br><br>Assist in designing and developing instructional materials to support a variety of learning modalities<br><br>Conduct specialized classes in support of the CFR Certified Technician Program to facilitate consistent global service and allow for Distributor personnel to diagnose issues quickly and effectively to support increased customer satisfaction and credibility.<br><br>Validate troubleshooting, testing methods, and procedures as it pertains to course development, passing information on to service engineering and technical publications to insure validated, accurate information is supplied.<br><br>Assist in leading annual and new product specific internal trainings.<br><br>Assist in partnering with Service, Commercial, and Engineering to define and develop training programs.<br><br>Assess and monitor the effectiveness of overall training initiatives against predefined metrics; adjust training as needed.<br><br>Assist in developing and maintaining a competency training matrix (CTM) for all active service technicians for both the global CFR service team and the Channel Partner service personnel. Identifying potential training gaps between the direct market regions and Channel Partners and to obtain the Channel Partner buy-in on an appropriate action plan.<br><br>Evaluate and make recommendations regarding the use of a Learning Management System (LMS); assist in implementing and managing the system as approved.<br><br>Provide product performance feedback gathered during training sessions to the technical teams in support of customer satisfaction and repeat customer sales.<br><br>Provide subject matter expertise and assistance to the technical teams with challenging service and product issues; including field support as requested.<br><br><strong>What We're Looking For:</strong><br><br><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelors degree in relevant field<br><br><strong>Experience: </strong>Five years progressive industry training experience<br><br><strong>Technical knowledge: </strong>High level of technical knowledge, competency, and aptitude that includes repair experience/knowledge with on-the-job training/experience<br><br><strong>Learning Management System: </strong>Experience supporting a LMS is preferred<br><br><strong>Training Strategy:</strong> Experience in setting training strategy/curriculum<br><br><strong>Training Technologies:</strong> Knowledgeable with various training technologies, modalities, and designs<br><br><strong>Software:</strong> Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite<br><br><strong>Travel: </strong>Ability to travel domestically and internationally<br><br><strong>Creativity:</strong> Creative, innovative, and ability to think outside the box<br><br><strong>Intercultural sensitivity:</strong> International and intercultural experience and sensitivity required<br><br><strong>Professionalism:</strong> Excellent classroom presentation skills<br><br><strong>Communication:</strong> Excellent communication, presentation, promotion, and in person and remote interpersonal skills<br><br><strong>Motivated: </strong>Ability to set high standards of performance and deliver; ability to thrive in a progressive, results drive organization<br><br><strong>Comprehensive Benefits:</strong><br><br><strong>Health Insurance: </strong>Competitive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans for you and your family.
