About the Role The Company is in search of an enterprise VP of Customer Success to lead and drive the success of its global clientele. The successful candidate will be a pivotal figure in the organization, responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive customer success strategy that aligns with the company's goals. This role requires a results-oriented leader with a passion for customer success, who can define and optimize the customer lifecycle, and ensure maximum value for customers at every touchpoint. Key responsibilities include leading and scaling a high-performing customer success team, building strong customer relationships, and driving operational excellence through process improvements and technology utilization.Applicants for the VP of Customer Success role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with an MBA being preferred. A minimum of 10 years' of experience in leading global teams in customer-facing roles, particularly within the SaaS industry, is essential. The role demands a proven track record in an executive-level, enterprise B2B customer success position, with experience in scaling organizations to $60M+ ARR. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership, customer relationship management, and a strategic, data-driven approach to decision-making. Proficiency in SaaS tools such as SFDC and Gainsight is preferred, and experience in lead generation is a plus. The VP of Customer Success will also be tasked with driving growth, retention, and Net Revenue Retention (NRR), so a background in developing and implementing strategies to meet these goals is necessary.
