Our Customer Service Representatives are responsible to:

•Learn and effectively apply claims processing procedures

•Communicate professionally on the phone with plan participants

•Perform report audits

•Enter benefit plan enrollments

•Professionally de-escalate challenging participant calls

•Master software programs utilized for claim entry

•Work effectively with varied levels of personnel

·         Hours of operation are Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm or 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.  OT available during busy season (Nov-Mar)

Minimum Qualifications:

· 1-2 years customer service, banking, call center, retail, insurance,  telemarketing/sales  and multi-line phone experience

·  High School Diploma or equivalent

·         Are professional with a positive attitude

·         Possess strong attention to detail and demonstrate a high level of accuracy in work

·         Ability to effectively work with plan participants over the phone

·         Possess proficient data entry and keyboarding skills

·         Are agile in a changing environment and be able to adjust one’s approach to a situation, constraints or multiple demands.

·         Like to learn and navigate comfortably in a high volume, fast-paced office environment.

·         Prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks while effectively servicing customers in a timely manner.
