Senior Accountant

<p> <strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>Kforce has a client in Hartland, WI that is seeking a Senior Accountant responsible for coordinating the company's accounting and reporting processes, including recording transactions in the general ledger, maintaining and reconciling account balances, ensuring support for all transactions, assisting with the month-end close process, understanding account variances to prior periods, and preparing analysis and reports for the Finance leadership.<br> <br> <p> <strong>REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p> <ul> <li> Bachelor's degree and/or Master's degree in Accounting; Must be a degreed Accountant</li> <li> CPA is not required, but would be preferred</li> <li> 3-5 years of experience </li> <li> Detail-oriented; Ability to multi-task</li> <li> Great communication skills</li> <li> Working Conditions: hybrid; In office required during close process</li> </ul> <br> <br> <div className="data-kforce-services"> <p> The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role.
