This role will report into the Senior Director of Commercial Operations &amp; Strategic Initiatives and will play a key role in providing commercial insights to our Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors. As a Commercial Data Analyst at Comar you will be a critical member of the team supporting Sales and Business Development initiatives, assisting with key commercial reporting, and helping to advance process through optimization of technology and data. One of our Core Values is &ldquo;Work Together, Win Together.&rdquo; Come work and win with us today!<br> <br> <strong>THE ROLE</strong> <br> <br>&middot; <strong>Analytics &amp; Reporting:</strong> Compile, analyze, and interpret sales data to discern trends, share insights with department leadership, and create comprehensive sales reports for the Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors.<br> <br>&middot; <strong>Systems Management:</strong> Oversee and optimize the use of CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and visualization software for data accuracy, reporting, and process improvements. Identify and implement technology and automation to streamline tasks and improve efficiency.<br> <br>&middot; <strong>Data Accuracy:</strong> Ensure CRM and ERP data is current and accurately reflects customer information. Work closely with account teams to maintain data integrity and reliability.<br> <br>&middot; <strong>Performance Evaluation</strong>: Evaluate individual and team performance based on sales metrics and provide actionable insights to drive improvements.<br> <br>&middot; <strong>Market Analysis:</strong> Study market trends to identify and recommend effective sales technologies and processes that align with business goals.<br> <br> <strong>WE ARE LOOKING FOR:</strong> <br> <br>&middot; <strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Economics, or a Technical related field.<br> <br>&middot; <strong>Experience:</strong> Minimum of 2 years in a similar role with a proven track record of leveraging data to drive business decisions.<br> <br>&middot; <strong>Skills:</strong> Strong proficiency in Excel and the ability to tell compelling stories using data in Excel and PowerPoint.
