HR Operations who is ready to take their career to the next level. As a Sr. Mgr. of HR Operations at Comar you will be a critical member of the Human Resources leadership team while leading and managing people operations across Comar. This includes, and is not limited to employee relations, compensation &amp; benefits, HRIS, and policies and procedures. Serving as a subject matter expert and directly working on employee relations and policies and procedures while managing total rewards, and HRIS.</li> <li>Evaluate existing HR processes, identifying recurring tasks and critical procedures that warrant automation and/or Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation; engage with relevant stakeholders to gather insights into the existing processes, ensuring comprehensive documentation and alignment with organizational objectives.</li> <li>Develop scalable methodologies and tools aimed at enhancing HR Operations efficiency, including streamlining key processes such as onboarding, terminations, and other aspects essential to the employment life cycle.</li> <li>Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights and support decision making; prepare reports that seek to provide information needed by all departments.</li> <li>Lead HR projects and initiatives, contributing expertise and support to achieve organizational goals and objectives.</li> <li>Partner closely with the HR Business Partners and other HR functions to identify areas for process improvements and implement strategic initiatives.</li> <li>As the organization continues to grow, job duties and expectations may increase and/or evolve over time.</li> </ul> <br> <strong>Who we&rsquo;re looking for:</strong> <br> <ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field and 7 years of HR Operations experience or similar.</li> <li>Expert knowledge in HR service delivery, HR policies, and effective processes.</li> <li>Experience leading and managing a team.</li> <li>Experience with employee relations, compensation &amp; benefits, and HRIS systems.</li> </ul> <br> <strong>Do you have? </strong> <br> <ul> <li> High sense of urgency coupled with the ability to remain flexible and creative within a dynamic environment and deliver on commitments and deadlines.</li> <li> Strong verbal and written communication skills. </li> <li> Excellent interpersonal skills and proven relationship-building ability. </li> <li> Knowledge and ability to leverage industry best practices and trends. </li> <li> Comfortable monitoring key metrics and making data driven decisions.</li> <li> Willingness to travel occasionally as the role permits.</li> </ul> <br> <em>Ready to take the <strong>next step</strong> in <strong>your career</strong>?
