Help Desk Administrator

We seeks a <strong>Help Desk/Systems Support </strong>to work in our client's Voorhees, NJ office. This position will be onsite, Monday through Friday (hours will vary), as well as a rotating on-call weekend schedule. This person should be highly motivated and have excellent customer service and relationship-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as a member of a team.<br><br><strong>Salary: $50k to $60k</strong><br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br><ul><li>Provide telephone and desk support to help resolve any problems employees encounter with software or data management systems - iManage;</li><li>Serve as the initial point of contact for any software troubleshooting;</li><li>Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve related issues that involve desktop computer software or data management systems;</li><li>Special projects and additional duties as assigned;</li></ul><br><strong>Qualifications:</strong><br><ul><li>Ideal candidate will have 2 -5 years of experience in a Law Firm setting;</li><li>Basic knowledge and understanding of legal documents and document management systems;</li><li>Advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word and Excel, Kofax PDF, and iManage;</li><li>Strong customer service skills in a fast-paced environment;</li><li>Must be extremely organized, great attention to detail, and be able to prioritize workload;</li><li>Ability to work well as part of collaborative team and communicate effectively with all levels of management;</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li></ul>
