PPC Ad Specialist

<strong>Job description</strong><br>Do you like Marketing, Math, Analytics, IT, and/or problem solving? Our digital agency is growing! We are seeking a full-time PPC/Ad Ops Specialist with a minimum of 2 years experience managing AdWords/Google Ads. They must be an expert on digital campaign optimizations, improving performance, creating dashboards, and making our clients look great! We are looking for a team player who is comfortable coordinating strategies across different clients and partners. We like thinkers, not just doers! We want rock stars, are you one? <br><br><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:<br><br><ul><li>Set up, update, and optimize digital campaigns in Google Ads, Programmatic (DSP), Social (Facebook, Tiktok, Snapchat, etc.) and more! Digital campaign types include search, display, shopping, audio, and video.</li><li>This includes conducting keyword research, drafting PPC ad copy, making landing page recommendations, managing bids, etc.</li><li>Run and analyze campaign reports from Search, Social, and Google Analytics.</li><li>Manage the day to day campaign performance and speak regularly with clients to discuss their results and make recommendations to improve/grow their bottom line.</li><li>Stay up to date on the latest PPC, social, and other digital marketing trends.</li></ul><br>Qualifications<br><br><strong>Required</strong>:<br><br><ul><li>2+ years working in Google Ads and Google Analytics / GA4.</li><li>Passion for digital marketing.</li><li>Experience with Microsoft Office Products and/or Google Suite.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem solving skills.</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail.</li><li>Strong organizational skills; proven ability to multitask and prioritize.</li><li>Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.</li><li>Position is located in our Voorhees NJ office (08043) and is hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days out).
