<strong> Seasonal Client Service Associate </strong><br />No experience necessary<br />January 2024 - April 2024<br />40 hours x 16 weeks<br />$7,600 to $8,600 salary<br />Overtime paid at 1 1/2<br />Bonus opportunity<br />MUST be willing to train before start of tax season<p><strong> The CSA must be: </strong><br />Courteous, Knowledgeable, Attentive, Confidential, Timely, Helpful, Patient, Respectful, Independent, and Efficient<p><strong>Reports to: </strong>Administration / Office Manager<br /><strong>Works with: </strong>Office Manager and other office staff<p><strong> Job description but not limited to... </strong><br />Attend to clients, deal with inquiries on the phone and face to face, and supply information regarding the organization to the general public and customers<br />The CSA will need to be able to sit at least 6 hours a day, getting up and walking frequently to assist office staff or helping in the office as needed, lift no more than the equivalent of a case paper, work on some limited but repetitive tasks such as data entry, counting papers, etc. Always maintain a professional attitude and appearance.<p><strong> Knowledge requirements</strong>Computer and printer basic knowledge<br />Excellent communication skills<br />Ability to multi-task and organize<br />Ability to deal tactfully with employees and public <img src="https://ars2.equest.com/? response_id=a3316ed1c8df4b0da27d9778396201f8&view" alt=" " width="1" height="1"/>
