Our offices are equipped with a Care Professional Training Center where we can teach you any activities of daily living (ADL's) that you may not know or just need some brushing up on. Typical schedules are built around 4 hour blocks so shift options could be 4-hour, 8-hour or 12-hour shifts. Our primary goal is to establish a recurring schedule for our caregivers so if that's important to you, please contact us immediately. However, we also have a the ability to work with those needing more flexibility in their schedules.What Does a Care Professional Do? At Home Instead, caring is our passion, and it starts with our Care Professional. Our Care Professionals help with activities of daily living to allow seniors to remain in their homes while assisting them with the challenges of aging with dignity and compassion.
