Dive into an organization dedicated to precise product pricing, comprehensive market insights, seamless customer onboarding, and all the critical support our Salesforce needs for continuous growth.</b></b><p><div><p><b>Tableau</b><b>/PowerBI</b><b> and Data Analyst</b></p></div><p>Report to VP Pricing Strategy, the Tableau/PowerBI and Data Analyst will be responsible for developing and maintaining sales business intelligence, data warehousing and reporting solutions primarily for pricing. This individual will also create and maintain detailed business requirements, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for our business.<p>To be successful in the role, you need strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, ability to influence across business functions and manage stakeholders’ expectations effectively. You will work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment that requires you to be detail-oriented and comfortable in working with multiple.<p><b>CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES</b></p><ul><li><p>Responsible for business requirements gathering and proposing BI solutions.</p></li><li><p>Create Complex Tableau/PowerBI Dashboard Development and security setup.</p></li><li><p>Write SQL Views and create Complex Joins and Nested loops for Tableau/PowerBI Data Source creations.</p></li><li><p>Use in-depth understanding of both data and visual sides of visualization to deliver high quality work products that delight end users.</p></li><li><p>Responsible for developing complex SQLs and procedures in TIBCO data virtualization.</p></li><li><p>Responsible for designing automated solutions for recurrent reporting (daily/weekly/monthly).</p></li><li><p>Publish, analyze and improve management information dashboards, operational business metrics decks and key performance indicators.</p></li><li><p>Responsible for modeling sales pricing data to enable data scientist.</p></li></ul></div></div></div><p><div><div><p><b>EDUCATION</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field; or equivalent work experience.</p></li></ul><p><b>RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE</b></p><ul><li><p>Minimum 4 years in consulting or similar developer/analyst position implementing Tableau dashboards.</p></li><li><p>Pricing domain experience a plus.</p></li><li><p>Proven experience in Tableau/PowerBI development.</p></li><li><p>Skilled with data analysis, data visualization and reporting &amp; analytics.</p></li><li><p>Excellent knowledge of SQL for performing data analysis and performance tuning.</p></li><li><p>SAP native HANA modeling experience a plus.</p></li><li><p>Business Objects experience a plus.</p></li><li><p>Alteryx experience a plus.</p></li><li><p>Ability to test and document end-to-end processes. </p></li><li><p>Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio) software.</p></li><li><p>Strong communication skills and willingness to take initiative to contribute beyond basic responsibilities along with   the ability to effectively present to the target audience.</p></li></ul></div></div><p style="text-align:inherit;"></p><p style="text-align:left;"><b>Benefits</b> - Medline is committed to offering competitive benefits and a variety of choices to best meet the needs of you and your family.
